May 31, 2019UncategorizedEudaimonic

Today, thanks to concerted work by mental health professional, doctors, many educational institutions and of course the media people are aware of a mental disorder that is increasingly spreading. Depression has become the common cold of mental illness. Most people have either themselves suffered at some point in time in their lives or have known someone who has been afflicted.

Depression can really rob one of all the joys of life and affect relationships, career and health, But it must be said that with certain changes in perception, attitude, habits and lifestyle one can fight it. Eudaimonic Centre conducts workshops to help understand Depression and learn to combat it. One such workshop was recently conducted at YWCA where people from different walks of life of all ages attended. The response was overwhelming. Nothing can be as satisfying as seeing people happy and charged to live life
