Dr. Manika Ghosh, PhD in Psychology from Bangalore University is a writer, trainer and counselor and was a professor in Psychology for more than 30 years. She is a recipient of the prestigious Rajya Sarovottam Seva Prashasti award by the Government of Karnataka for 2013. She was also awarded the Kalpana Chawla award by the Public Relation Council of India (PRCI) in 2012 and the Nagamma award instituted by the Nagamma Foundation for her contribution in the field of education.
She served as a Special Officer at the office of the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Government of Karnataka, in charge of skill development training in government colleges across Karnataka. Earlier she also served as a Principal at Government College Haleyangadi, Mangalore. She has authored two books. The first being, Positivity, a way of life, a book on wellness development, published in 2013 by Orient Blackswan, translated in Kannada as “Spoorthi Sampada” and published by Sampada Publication in 2014. The second book an exhaustively researched book, Health Psychology, a concept in Health and Wellbeing, has been published by Pearson Education in 2015. In addition to paper presentation in National and International conferences she has contributed numerous lead articles in National dailies like Deccan Herald, The Hindu and Indian Express. She has also been interviewed by BBC, NDTV, Udaya TV, Samaya TV, AIR and Radio city.

Dr Vijayashri Ravi is a dedicated Academician with over 3 decades of experience in Teaching, Research and Consultancy. Currently the Dean, Post Graduate Dept. of Psychology at Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College, Bengaluru, her professional skills include Psychological assessments, Career Guidance and Counselling and Human Resource Training.
She is an accredited speaker earning the title of Distinguished Toastmaster & High-Performance leader from Toastmasters International, USA.
Her current interest is leading a Mental health Literacy campaign for adolescents at colleges, impacting nearly a 1000 youth till date & continuing.
